Founder and CEO

Lewis Williams

In 2013, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Lewis Williams identified an opportunity to improve how businesses access and manage electronic payment solutions. He recognized that many companies faced unnecessary complexity and friction when setting up reliable card payment acceptance, often due to inconsistent processes and limited flexibility from providers.

With a strong background in sales management and business development, Lewis understands the importance of delivering secure, efficient, and dependable payment experiences. He built his financial industry expertise through multiple successful ventures and earlier roles as an account executive at Bank of America and Bank Atlantic, where he developed a deep understanding of merchant needs and payment operations.

In addition to eDebit Direct, Lewis is the owner of GreenBeanPay, co-owner of DataOne Merchant Services, and co-owner of TruView Ink & Graphic Supply, a commercial printing supply company based in California. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business Development from the University of Florida in 1996 and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jeff Ragsdale, Vice President of Sales - eDebit Direct CARDS As Vice President of Sales at eDebit Direct Cards, Jeff Ragsdale focuses on building strong sales organizations centered on long term merchant relationships and consistent service quality. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including seven years in payment processing, and has trained and led sales professionals who support sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of communication and accountability. Throughout his career, Jeff has held multiple leadership and management roles across sales and operations. For six years, he worked as Executive Director of Sales and Operations for a Colorado based private equity firm, where he oversaw revenue strategy and operational execution. Prior to that, he spent ten years as Vice President of Sales for a privately held financial institution, strengthening his ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree through San Diego State University and Mesa State University in San Diego.

For six years, he worked as Executive Director of Sales and Operations for a Colorado based private equity firm, where he oversaw revenue strategy and operational execution. Prior to that, he spent ten years as Vice President of Sales for a privately held financial institution, strengthening his ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree through San Diego State University and Mesa State University in San Diego.

Tony Carrasco, Strategic Account Manager With more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing, Tony Carrasco specializes in building strong client relationships through consistent support and hands-on account management. As Strategic Account Manager at eDebit Direct Cards, Tony works closely with both new and existing merchants from onboarding through ongoing account support. Known for his approachable style and practical mindset, Tony helps businesses navigate card payment processes with clarity and confidence. His background includes working as a client partner at information technology company CoreALM, where he contributed to business development while maintaining long-term client relationships. Tony also spent more than five years at software company CSS Impact as Director of Business Development, focusing on expanding the company’s customer base. Earlier in his career, he worked as an operations manager at U.S. Security Associates and AlliedBarton Security Services, managing teams of more than 400 employees and developing strong leadership and operational management skills.
